Is this a 5-4-1? Are they moving Lewis up to midfield? What the hell!
Why doesn't the Bruce play 2 forwards? We're the only team without a shot on goal (unless you count Reyna off the post). We need to score goals to possibly make up goal differential, and Bruce is going with 5 defenders. Something is seriously wrong here.
Update: Czechs have Baros in the starting lineup. Italy has BENCHED Luca Toni - going with only one striker. Can things get any worse?

Who plays with one forward these days? Taking a page off the bloody defensive minded Italians? And isn't the US supposed to win this game? For this defensive mindset, I hope Ghana pummels the US.
Exactly right, Anon. I couldn't agree more - with the US's lack of attacking talent, you NEED two attackers on the pitch.
